These puff pastry appetizer recipes are easy to make and give any event a gourmet appetizer appeal. Puff pastry is a light and flaky dough that, when baked, is often buttery such as Croissants or others. Many grocery stores have pre-made dough available in the freezer or refrigerator section, or you can make your own though it’s a pretty time consuming process and can be a trial and error process in trying to get it right the first few times.
Once you have the dough, the possibilities are endless when it comes to fillings and presentation as the dough is easily formed into different shapes and goes well with just about everything. Vegetables, dips, meats, and cheeses are all popular varieties.
